We offer accommodation for individuals and groups up to 27 persons. There are three large apartments and two small studios available.
Each large apartment (70 square meters) has two rooms, sleeps 2-7, with double bed and extra beds, own bathroom with shower, WC, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV.
Studio sleeps 2-3, double bed, additional bed, shower, fridge, cable TV.
Rates are quated in CZK per apartment/night incl. Sheets, towels. Given in Czech currency - CZK, exact price in Euro - please note currency conversion are obligatory dependent on daily rate at the time of your booking.

Check-in time for new guest is between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. If you are arriving later, please call us before your arrival and we will wait for you. Thank you.
Booking conditions
You can book the apartment of your choice either by phone call or simply write us. Booking will be completed by receiving your fax or e-mail so please, we would like to know following information:
- Name and address (or one name if you are a group) and number of persons
- Date of your arrival and departure, the number of nights you wish to stay. For peak season (Easter, New Year Eve, public holidays in Europe), please book well in advance.
- Card number, name of the holder, expiry date (for VISA and MC/EC cards please indicate also the 3 last digits of the number printed in the signature area). This information is necessary for our final confirmation, however, you do not have to pay with your card, may decide to pay in cash or by Traveller Cheques. In such a case, the above information serves as security for eventual "No Show".
- We offer transfer from the airport (700 CZK up to 4 persons). Please indicate how will you arrive in Prague (plane, train, bus, car), time of your arrival as well as the flight number and place of your departure.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation is very simple.
- We do not charge
- if you cancel your stay (booking for less than 7 days) 24 hours prior to your arrival
- if you cancel your stay (booking for more than 7 day) 48 hours prior to your arrival
- One night will be charged
- you will not inform us about your cancellation ("No show") or expected late arrival (applies especially for those arriving by private cars) prior to 5 pm of the arrival day (message via telephone, fax, or e-mail)
- you will cancel your booking the same day of your arrival,
- Full amount will be charged in case of bookings for a period longer that 7 days if not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the arrival.
